吉林飛利浦半導(dǎo)體有限公司位于美麗的松花江畔，成立于 2003年 11 月，是一個(gè)充分利用飛利浦的技術(shù)、管理及市場(chǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和華微電子的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、地域優(yōu)勢(shì)組建起來(lái)的合資公司。吉林飛利浦半導(dǎo)體有限公司于 2004 年年末開始投產(chǎn)， 主要面向國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)提供外延二極管、偏轉(zhuǎn)晶體管、阻尼二極管、可控硅、晶閘管等產(chǎn)品。
